Community Puppet Parade Activities at the National Puppetry Festival

Celebrate Puppetry with a Parade! This community parade is a CELEBRATION OF GENERATIONS.
Look for puppets of some of puppetry’s most interesting or influential puppeteers and line up with your favorite.
LINE UP AT 2:00 in Nyumburu Amphitheater Bring your own puppet or wear one of 50 arriving in the puppet truck!
PARADE STEPS OFF AT 2:30 and will parade around Hornbake Library Plaza
SPECTATORS WATCH FROM THE STEPS IN HORNBAKE PLAZA
Post-parade you can try on puppets in the Amphitheater and Giant Puppet Dance Club will perform at 4:00
