PUPPETMOBILES!
September 30, 2023 - October 1, 2023
Art Car weekend is moving downtown to Pittsburgh’s Cultural District where we will be turn 5 cars into giant puppets with the help of the community. EVERYONE is invited to lend a hand as artists Lindsay Gates, Suzanne Werder, Olivia Skoric and Elaina Sweeley turn their slip-covered cars into amazing creatures for the First Night Pittsburgh Parade. You can come for an hour or the whole weekend. Dress to get messy!
We’re working:
9 AM to 9 PM on Saturday, September 30
and
10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, October 1
Community members work with artist Olivia Skoric to turn her car into a giant dog.
